The Federal Kuala Lumpur welcomes this auspicious Earth Dog commencing on 16 February 2018. To usher this auspicious Chinese New Year, there will be a spectacular Lion Dance performance on the First Day of Lunar New Year on 16 February 2018 at 9.30am. The spectacular lion dance will wind its way through the hotel beginning at the front entrance with opportunity for guests to take photos with God of Prosperity. The Federal Kuala Lumpur has further hiked up the atmosphere by decorating the Chinese New Year decorations from the hotel entrance to lobby and the hotel restaurants. The hotel is adorned with all the Chinese New Year festive decorations such as plum blossom, red lanterns for Good Luck, Wealth, Happiness, Health, Longevity, Peace & Harmony to everyone.
Chap Goh Mei is the last day of the Chinese Spring festival or New Year Celebrations. Dubbed as the Chinese Valentine's Day, Chap Goh Mei is also the special occasion celebrated by the Chinese community for families togetherness and bonding by having a grand dinner for good luck.
